Our team is made up of passionate and caring individuals who love God and care about all people - especially those with disabilities and their families.
Pastor Don, his wife Cindy, and youngest son Greg
Pastor Don and his family have been invovled in special needs ministry for many years. While completing the last of his seminary requirements, Pastor Don was led by the Holy Spirit to launch this new ministry to help support the families and caregivers of people with special needs.
The Lay Leader is a spiritual leader who sets the tone for the worship service using prayer and scripture that contribute to the message, prepare the congregation for the Pastor's message and reveal the glory and awesomeness of our God.
Alyssa and Garry
Our Worship Leader, Joey, has an extensive church music background and leads the congregation in songs that bring the congregation closer to God using contemporary and classic music. His wife, Pauline, and granddaughter,
Alyssa, magnify the glory of God and encourage the congregation to join them in their praise. Garry plays the drums.
Community with a Cause Leadership Team
Members from the local Christian community came together to successfully launch this new ministry. The leadership team consists of dedicated volunteers who have made this happen.

Our service is designed to meet the needs of a diverse congregation. We understand that persons with special needs may have different mobility needs and we encourage people to sit, stand, or walk around the space as they need.
There is no expectation of what you should wear and you'll find a wide range of dress style from the very casual shorts and flipflops to shirt and tie. Please come dressed in whatever makes you comfortable.
Those that God has gifted with different-abilities are often included in the worship service in a variety of roles; as greeters, ushers, communion stewards and musical worship.
The worship services last approximately an hour and include song, prayer and praise, scripture reading, sermon, communion, and the taking of offering.
The Agape Club:
The Agape Club is a monthly special needs ministry hosted by Community With A Cause.
At the Agape Club, persons with special needs are shown God's love in a "club" style format. A meal is provided, birthdays are celebrated, concerns are prayed for, and joys are lifted up.
Every month brings something different as we make various seasonal crafts or engage in some competitive games. Everything is designed to be very inclusive and very fun.
You do not have to attend or be a member of Community With A Cause to attend the Agape Club. You will always be warmly welcomed. Extra volunteer hands are always needed.
There is no cost to attend club.
The Agape Club meets at the Loffler Senior Activity Center on the 2nd Friday of every month. Come check it out - you'll be blessed.
